  Our HVAC system broke down completely unexpected, but this company saved the day. They arrived quickly to diagnose the issue, clearly explained our options, and within just three days, they replaced the HVAC system. While it was definitely an unexpected expense, the speed, professionalism, and quality of their work made it completely worth it. Highly recommended!

  The best! Had the pleasure of having Chris and Lannis come to my residence today and all I can say is wow! True professionals that actually put their customers first. I had some circumstances financially that other companies were not willing to cater to. I was lucky enough to find Family First as they understood my situation and not only worked with me they went above and beyond that. My gratitude is beyond definition. Thank you guys you are a true blessing!

  First let me tell you that this was not an easy job by any means, it involved not one but two AC systems in separate condo units. They came out the day that I called and we went over everything involved and what was required from the association. They gave me a very fair bid and they stuck to it, never once trying to upsell or add expense’s for obstacles that came up in the process, and I know they could have. These guys never tried to cut corners or speed things up so they could just get to the next job. I was there customer until the job was complete, and honestly don’t think they would have done anything different even if it was their own home. So they are incredibly honest, did everything they said they would and more. Great communication through the entire process from start to finish. And they were there when they told me they would be and even managed to start a day earlier than expected, after making sure that also worked with my schedule. It was actually a pleasure to have the guys from Family First Cooling & Heating here and the girl in the office was fun and funny and yet 100 % professional at the same time. These guys are a rare find in this business and I have absolutely no problem recommending them, they deserve it.
