We have been Certain Service customers for over 13 years. We decided it was time to upgrade our softener system, and Paul came out when he said he would. He proceeded to test our water and recommend the system he felt would do the best job. We found him professional and courteous. We have always had fantastic service from Certain and would recommend them to our friends.

The team at Certain Water is very professional. Although they were busy with other jobs, they made arrangements to come to our home to troubleshoot when our water system stopped working. The tech was very knowledgeable and we had water again.

Certain has been our water company for 10 years. This time, as always... all good, all the time! Real person answered the phone, very courteous, understanding, and quick to respond! Cody, Joe and the whole gang are incredible technicians. Always explaining what is going on in a manner easy to understand. Issue resolved quickly. AND, as always, perfect water!!! We can not say enough about our awesome water!
