  Joe was amazing, outstanding, professional, courteous, highly skilled and brilliant as always. He is able to figure out exactly what problem is minutes after arrival then conduct testing to confirm diagnosis and set about treating it quite successfully. We are in the best of hands with this company and Joe. Certain Services was referred to us several years ago by a neighbor who is also a great fan of this company. Thank you so much.   I've been using Certain Services for years first for my RO system and now for my water softener system. I've always been pleased with the service I've received. Their technicians are really knowledgeable and are always so pleasant and helpful.
