- HSHeidi SmithDec 21, 20215.0Called them on Friday with a broken garage door, they had come out an had it fixed by 3pm same day an price was best in town.
- TGTeresa GoodmanApr 3, 20215.0Very friendly and informative.
- KBK BakerDec 11, 20205.0We had all new hurricane windows installed by Active in our Lake Suzy condo. I was totally satisfied and impressed with the installation process. Our condo had no appearance of a construction site upon completion. The most important thing to us is service after the sale. We did have a couple things that needed attention including one window needing replacement. They responded even quicker than we expected them to and took care of us to a level of 100% satisfaction.
- DHDee & Jen HogartJan 15, 20191.0I would give a negative review if I could! I had just picked my children up from school when one of the guys driving their company van almost caused an accident getting on 75! While I tried to go around him he cut in front of me making me slam on my breaks almost causing an accident with me and my children!! I finally get around him and he is completely oblivious to anything going on around him chatting on his cell phone 😡😠🤬!!! Check your employees before they will someone!
