I chose Active based on recommendations from a fellow condo owner who had nothing but good things to say about them and from our condo maintenance manager who is very familiar with them. I had a fairly lengthy wait to get my windows but I expected that from a place that is very busy and their estimate of an installation date was accurate. A friend of mine bought windows from a different company and said after installation he and his wife spent a great deal of time cleaning up the mess caused by the installation. Active left my place very clean upon completion of the installation. I had one minor follow up issue and they arrived promptly to address it to my satisfaction. Great company in my opinion.
