  Nothing but accolades and appreciation for the whole house floor installation from Jim and his team. Project included removing tile floor, preparation, installing LVP floor and all new baseboards. Everything from start to finish was as promised and completed before date promised. I interviewed a lot of floor companies before choosing Gotcha Covered. Totally made the right choice!

  I contacted Jim to get a quote on installation on new flooring and he was able to come out to go over my different options. He took measurements and was at my house the following week installing the flooring. The cuts were perfect, no gaps. The corner round added a very nice touch.

  I called Jim with Gotcha Covered Flooring to obtain a quote on laminate flooring and he walked me through the different options for what I was looking for. He came by took measurements, provided me with a quote and told me a date that he would be able to start. He started the day we agreed upon and he was very professional. The flooring came out absolutely AMAZING! He did such an amazing job.

The quality of the work really stands out...Everything came out clean, precise, and exactly how I envisioned it. The team was also very accommodating throughout the process. Anytime I had questions or needed adjustments, Jim and his team were responsive and made sure everything was handled without any issues. Even when small things came up, they addressed them right away and made sure I was happy with the results. The stair work, especially the fabrication of the stair noses, came out beautifully and gave everything a seamless, finished look. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
