He explained everything perfectly and my fee was as he had estimated, without any hidden/unexpected expenses. Also, AJ was very sweet with my dog.

He knows his stuff and has a professional and personable manner, which is very compelling. We haven’t yet made a decision on how we’re going to proceed with regards to water filtration, But after Rad’s Presentation we have nothing but the highest regard for Both Ben, Franklin Plumbing, and Britta whole house, water filter filters.
