  Conveniently i received an email requesting a google review, and right now i have a lot to say. I’ve owned my home since 2019 and decided to replace my roof and two skylights located in the master bathroom and living room in November of 2024. Initially i was happy with the outcome, my black metal roof is beautiful. They tried to be pretty considerate of picking up all of the nails since i have a lot of animals on my property. I got pregnant the end of December so for summer of 2025 i assumed the extreme heat in my home was because of that but i was also noticing an increase in my electric bill. When we had the freeze, i really noticed it in my master bathroom. Because it is so hot in there, i would always keep the door closed out of habit. I enjoy the cold so i didn’t use the heater, and when i would enter the bathroom it was like i stepped outside. The temperature difference from in there and my home was insane. Fast forward to this summer, my electric bill has consistently been $300 more than it has normally been in my home. I finally contacted the company and had someone come out, they didn’t find any issues. They only went on the roof, not in the attic. After exploring other options and having other companies check it out, my skylights are not sealed inside my attic. The air is exiting through one inch gaps, just as i mentioned i thought it was doing… I explained exactly what it felt like was happening and was completely brushed off just for it to turn out that is what was wrong? And I’ve wasted countless money on electric due to overworking my ac because the skylights weren’t installed properly. Not everything that looks nice on the outside is efficient on the inside where it counts the most.

  Our experience with this crew was seamless. They worked diligently all day, paid attention to every detail around the chimney and vents, and ran magnetic sweepers through the yard to make sure no stray nails were left behind. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

  I, like many, needed to replace my roof in Florida. A daunting and, let's face it, expensive project. I took the time to talk to other homeowners, read a great number of reviews and researched the options available (shingle, tile, plastic, metal). I took the time to reach out to 4 local, highly rated companies and ended up selecting Alliance Group Roofing Company. I felt that the representative I worked with, Steve Durec. was extremely knowledgeable, direct and willing to answer any and all of my questions. What I truly appreciate is that Steve was not only a "sales rep" but has extensive construction knowledge and experience. He actively encouraged me to compare not only the types of roofing but their costs (labor, materials and the all important "additional costs") & warranties but also to check in with my insurance carrier. After careful and diligent consideration, I selected Alliance and had a standing seam metal roof installed. I received texts with pictures during the original roof tear off, the installation of the new roof and the completed roof. The office was very helpful in getting me everything I needed for the insurance company for them to have mercy on my insurance rates! Please consider Alliance if you too need a new roof. You will learn a great deal and feel very assured that you've made a great investment. To top it all off, I saved about $5k. Still a big investment but one that I should never have to repeat.
