He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and they had a brand-new system installed within 24 hours. The entire installation only took about 7 hours, and we were incredibly grateful to have cold air back so quickly in the middle of the summer heat. Bobby has been with the company for years and truly knows the ins and outs of HVAC systems. We have two units at our home, and after this experience, Progressive will be our go-to company for both. We couldn’t be happier with their service. 10/10 recommend!
