- RGRick GFeb 24, 20261.0Absolutely the most rude customer service I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. As you can tell by their responses left on other one star reviews they have zero interest in admitting their mistakes or improving their business. If there are any service issues on their end they’re completely unwilling to do anything to make it right. But don’t take my word for it, just wait for whoever is in charge of their account to respond to this review and see if they try to make it right or if they’d rather act too pompous and self-important to care. EDIT: They responded exactly how I expected, completely unapologetic, no attempt to get information just baseless accusations that this has to be a "fake review" because there's no way they could make a mistake. Complete joke of a company.
