  Louis was professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me as he went through his maintenance checks. I’m very happy With the service I received! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed an AC check up or new system or maintenance.

  Sheriff came by at 6 pm. Figured out the problem in the rain and told me he could get the part tomorrow. Had me up and running early the next day. Normally ill just go with whoever could be there fastest but I will do business with them again because of Sheriff.

  This was our first experience with Extra and we were very pleased. My situation was a little different and it wasn’t a problem for them at all. From the initial phone call to set up the appointment, to the technician, and then the follow up call, everyone was kind, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated the excellent communication and customer service in a time when that’s really hard to find.We will definitely use them again.

  I wanted to make sure our AC unit would be running smoothly as we were leaving the state for six months. Our technician was professional very informative. Although we are not going to be purchasing a new AC yet… We are having them install a UV light for inside the furnace that will kill fungus/ allergens and mold. We also plan on having them back, when replacing our AC. I want to give a shout out to the fine lady who’s answers the phone, sets up dates/appointments and is truly the heart of this company. Based on our experience today, we would definitely be giving them our business in the future. Happy Customer from Port Orange 🍊 FL.

  Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy, and all of the representatives were very friendly. However, there was no cleanup after the work was completed. The residue from soldering the lines for my indoor unit ended up covering much of my apartment.
