  Came as scheduled. Worked quickly. Did extra for an old lady who has difficulty getting around (took 2 bags of trash to cut. When requested).

  I called Extra AC based on a terrific review. I called and got an appointment within a couple hours. Sherif came and immediately knew what the problem was. He explained everything he was doing and showed me what to do to keep the same thing from happening in the future. He was so kind and answered all of my questions. I SO highly recommend this company. They have a customer for life!!

  Shrif was extremely professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Also Luis arrived right on time, was courteous, and did an outstanding job servicing our A/C system. Once the work was completed, he took the time to show us pictures of all the gauges and thoroughly explained what they meant, which we really appreciated. Their transparency, attention to detail, and excellent customer service gave us complete confidence in the work performed. It was a great experience having Extra Air service our A/C, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy HVAC service.

  Extra Air sold and installed a package unit to a customer. They change it out for mini splits due to rodent intrusion under mobile home. Customer offered it on facebook still under warranty. Extra air vouched for the unit reinstalled it for me. The unit heat or blow air properly. They charged me a trip charge to evaluate the blower was no good. Replaced blower only to find it wasn't installed with all of the bolts or seated in bracket properly. I finally had a qualified installer to rework all of the original work. I called and extra air just stopped responding to my calls. I payed for oringinal install, trip charges, improper installation of blower unit. It's alway great to pay for something that is subpar and waste money.
