  Pete and the other two folks that showed up today were great. They were able to fix all three separate issues we had going on, were friendly and professional. Ive used TitanZ now at 3 of my properties amd all 3 were a positive experience.

  So bought a brand new central air unit last year. New to area and called them. Well today they came . 200 bucks. What i have a complete warrenty for everything. What i was told when i bought. Anyway 200 and now its 82 in my house n climbing. They took my money and my air.

  Had Titanz out a week ago. Charged me $200 to change out a capacitor, while at the same time telling me my fan motor was going bad. I asked to get a quote on the fan motor and they said they would get back to me. They never did and today. My fan motor went out completely. They offered to send somebody out tomorrow afternoon… I asked them if they would like to wait in this kind of heat until tomorrow afternoon?? Terrible follow up terrible customer service would not recommend.

  We were having problems with our hvac system. I called Titanz on Wednesday to schedule an appointment. They came the next day on Thursday to check out the problem. Unfortunately they told us we needed a new system. As stressful as it was to hear that, especially heading into summer here in Florida, they explained everything that needed to be done. They said they’d take good care of us and not to worry. Honestly they really made it less stressful just by being supportive. They put together some quotes which were very reasonable. We were shocked when they called later that day to schedule the install. They asked if they could do the install the next day on Friday. I’m sure that’s not normal but it was amazing that they could do that . It was completely unexpected and unbelievable. The 2 guys that came out were great and told me exactly what was going on. The install was tough because the air handler is in the attic and it was a very hot and tight space. It was a 1 day install and took about 8 hours. They made sure everything was working right, cleaned up really well, and showed and explained the new system. It was a great experience and our family is very grateful for their quick response, install, and customer service.

  Excellent service. Straightforward. No drama. Honest. Diagnosed A/C problem, gave me options. I chose, JD completed the job. I paid the bill. A/C is working perfectly now.
