I am big on Family owned businesses and came across Simkins plumbing after doing a search for Family owned plumbing companies in my area. Mike was out in just a few hours to replace the hose bibb. I couldn't be happier because I was going to attempt to replace it myself but didn't know it was welded on. It could have made the issue much worse!! Also while Mike was here, I had him look at some other issues. He will be back this week to replace some shower cartridges. Great guy, great price...all around great customer service! I would like to add that I had Mike work on several other projects the following days and happy with the results... more to come...
