Donna treated my wife and myself like dirt. Would prefer a colonoscopy and a couple root canal’s rather than dealing with her again. Glad we only had two doors and one window replaced. Something is definitely wrong with this lady. PTL her husband at least did a decent job on the installation.

Today we had our garage screen door installed. They came out bright and early ready to get it done. They did a fantastic job! Thank you! We love it!

Worst professional experience of my life to date. They legit hung up on me and told me to read my email. They never called me to inform me of install issues when they didn't replace it on the scheduled day. When I called and left messages, they did not call me back. Stated I should have read their email. I did not give them my email!! They never emailed me. I corrected them via phone. They emailed me while I was on hold and then told me read it, hung up. Install looked like a 2 year old did it. Gaps, holes in caulking. Dripped caulking all over my garage and walls. I received a dented window screen. Donna stated she ordered me one not dented. I never received it. To date. Awful experience!!!

If you’re looking to replace your doors, start here. I just have all the interior doors replaced and for a great price. Joe is great! He’s so nice and easy to talk to. Sometimes having people in you house has a weird feeling but I never got that feeling with Joe and his crew. He’s also very good at what he does and pays attention to detail.

On the plus side they responded well to an emergency door replacement. It was costly but they were the only real option for our condos. We thought the cost would include making the door fit but it doesn't. If your door doesn't fit they charge for adjustments...and they don't tell you so up front (it's not on their quote or their website and the installer said nothing). You're better off finding a supplier who will guarantee the fit or make you aware there is a separate charge for making it fit. I will be checking with other local suppliers and if I find one that guarantees their work I will re-post. Finally, after I complained, Donna explained she can't afford to guarantee the fit because she pays here installers $600 per day. That's $150,000 per year!
