  Michael did a great job. This company as a whole is very efficient. They respond quickly. Give you a time window of arrival amd you get a call when the tech is on his way. Michael gave me a couple of different options and quotes based on my budget. He completed all jobs to a high standard. Very happy with these guys.

  I feel like I was taken advantage of. My water heater went out Friday late afternoon. I called Aztec plumbing and they sent out a technician. He was very good. However I started to do some research Saturday and found that the water heater was marked up about 100%. I was charged $1988. Also I was charged $475 for a Charlotte County permit that is only $94. I also had a leak breaker valve put in. I could have bought this for $175 on Amazon and a plumber friend of mine would have put it in for $50. I was charged $698. The mark ups were excessive. I dont mind paying a bit extra but this was excessive. I have tried to reach Aztec but I have not received a call back. The county told me I should not have paid more than.$94 for the permit. Beware of unfair business practices.
