  Emailed for service Sunday evening, called me Monday morning and had Jesse the tech come out, found I had a bad fan motor on my ac unit, found the part and came back and installed it, AC is working again, my wife was home but he talked to me on the phone with the diagnostic and fix. Great technician, I would definitely recommend him!

  My technician was Jesse. He is truly one the nicest & kindest technicians I have ever dealt with. He is knowledgeable, professional, & well mannered. He had the estimates & invoices e-mailed immediately. I am truly grateful He was my technician.😊

  I've used Always Air Services for my air conditioning needs for the past 2+ years. Service has been great, employees are knowledgeable and pleasant. I recommended them to my neighbor also.

  I hate to give this review, because I want to keep my Tech all to myself, 😂 so I'll just say that my first visit with this company was top notch, so far . I called them to express my finest regards for the outstanding Tech that came to check the system. Thank you for doing a wonderful and honest job . It's a trait I haven't found much from Florida contractors , sad to say . Keep up the good work , Jennifer , and all the folks at Always Air .

  In the middle of July (this year), I realized that I had forgotten about servicing my HVAC system. I had an appointment with my doctor that same day and casually asked my nurse (who was getting me ready to see the doctor) if she uses an company who may take a new customer, and she told me about Always Air. She had recently moved to a new area, and they had just serviced theirs. She gave them a raving review. I call the next day and got an appointment for the following day. The technician who came to my house was the same who serviced her system. He arrived on time and was a very nice and pleasant young man. He checked everything in my unit, cleaned it thoroughly and changed the A/C filter. He then went into my attic to take a look at my furnace that was installed up there. Last year, when I was serviced by a company who cold called me, and they advised me of mold and sold me black lights to prevent mold when furnaces are installed in attics. The Always Air technician looked at my furnace and informed me that my attic was mold free, and black lights were working well. He was polite and courteous but most importantly did an excellent job. I will be using them every year going forward and highly recommend this company if you don’t already have one or not satisfied with the company you are using. From the lady who answered the phone when I called and explained my situation, she too was courteous and polite but she also got me an appointment the next day with the technician who did my nurse’s unit since I had mentioned him. I am completely satisfied with them and highly recommend. The price was very reasonable as well. Best Regards, Nora French
