Was informed that there is not a warranty now that Florida had hurricanes since the roof was put on. The shingles had been shedding pebbles since day one and now are deterorated . They used substandard products and do not back up their work.

It was going to be 15 weeks until the roof could be put on, but we had to be there yesterday to seal the deal! Merry Christmas, your office said this week would be fine. I suppose there is so much business post hurricane season you don't need to be a courteous business man. Karma
