  They installed an AC unit that's too small for my sons house in Middleburg FL. It's running non stop bc the house won't cool. 2 technicians from this company, and one from another company have already made notes that the unit is too small, they keep saying they will call him back, figure it out etc . It's been months!! Now he has a newborn, as a mother I will have to get involved and spend money to take them to small claims court! But I will. Ridiculous- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, READ BBB REVIEWS. paying over 10g for new unit and everything and it hasn't worked! been nothing but issues! I'm staying to think old unit wasn't even bad bc it was doing a better job "broken" this company is crap. Also took the time to send all the non stop fault notifications, along with texts from technicians, and other complaints to all news stations in Jacksonville hope they look into it after reading some of the other reviews. Please Go anywhere else!

  Aaron is a very experienced plumber and is very knowledgeable. He does great work and is awesome to work with! We have used Aaron for years and glad to see him with a reputable company in the Jacksonville area!

  Thurman was professional and friendly and fixed my issue quickly. The office let me know in advance when he would arrive.
