  Extremely disappointing service from TK Elevator / Thyssenkrupp Elevator at NOVO Las Olas. They service our multifamily residential building, and one of our four elevators has been out of service for over four months with no acceptable resolution. For a large apartment building, that is completely unacceptable. To make it worse, another elevator sounds seriously unsafe — like it is dragging a heavy piece of metal through the shaft, with loud banging noises continuing through the night. Residents have to listen to this constantly, and it raises obvious concerns about maintenance quality and safety. Elevators are not a luxury in a multifamily building. They are essential infrastructure, especially for families, elderly residents, people with disabilities, deliveries, and emergency access. A company of this size should not allow equipment to remain down for months while another elevator makes alarming mechanical noises. Based on our experience at NOVO Las Olas, the service has been unreliable, slow, and unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to any property owner, condo board, or multifamily building that needs dependable elevator maintenance.

  In October 2019 we have 3 phase outage. This caused elevator to shut down. Tech came out and retagged motor. Then Eric Christianson, sales rep, quotes $8000 to repair motor. Once FPL reset 3 phase elevator operated properly. Under threat of us cutting lock off motor, tech came and removed lock. Eric proceeded to try and charge $800 on this con job. Then when our annual inspection was set for December 6th O called and e mailed Kelly Linero to confirm service. After 2 days of no response dispatch forwarded me to Kelly. She said she was too busy to reply and they won't come on the 6th. ** Beware of this company **
