I've given Seaview some new projects recently after meeting James for the first time, almost instantly they demonstrated their value by pointing out things others did not. Highly recommending him and the company to any Builder, GC etc.

This is how this company builds a culture of we don't care about people with disabilities by blocking parking. $500 fine!!! And the complete lack of care for other people. You have alot of work to do.

I contacted Seaview to do some warranty PGT glass replacement for my home Spoke to Carly Houts to schedule the appointment and during the phone call see told me that there is $189 measurement fee and the costs to for labor to replace the windows is between $200-$300 depending on the size. They came out and measured and I paid the $189 measurement fee A couple of days later I got the labor quote to replace the 4 windows the cost for labor is now quoted at Window 1 $375 Window 2 $375 Window 3 $300 Window 4 $550 I complained to Carly Houts and she refused to adjust the price, and she would not adjust the price I then asked to for $189 measurement fee back, which has not been refund as of todays date

Seaview replaced my original solid front doors with hurricane impact glass. We fell in love immediately. shortly after, we had Seaview replace every window and slider with vinyl hurricane impact glass. Everything came out PERFECT and we could not be more pleased. The workers were on time everyday, polite, considerate of our home and overall as professional as one could ask for. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND SEAVIEW BUILDING SOLUTIONS.
