  Royce Integrated Solution is an excellent company which I have used for over 30 years for my residential property. They installed a custom fence and sliding gate. They have serviced it as needed over the years. They are responsive and professional in every way. I highly recommend them.

  This company is more concerned with money then the building of relationships. They would rather win the battle and lose the war. HOAs stay away from this money lack of service focused business

  Springbrook Condominium has been a customer of Royce for over 15 years. During that time, they have been extremely responsive for any emergency like our not entry gate to our parking lot not working, hurricane damage, and fencing. Over the years we have grown to know the owners and employees. We recently had a large repair on our external fencing and pool gates which was completed to our satifaction. Even if a repair is large, we will automatically call Royce because they are efficient, do an extremely good job and have excellent customer service.
