  My A/C unit went out June 26th originally the repairman stated my a/c unit was old and I’d need it to be completely replaced soon but he charged me $400 for a new condenser June 27th the a/c went out again June 28th a new repairman came and quoted me $14,000 for a new ac unit June 29th the new repairman came and replaced the unit left without finishing the job to replace the thermostat and the vent July 4th a/c stops working I turned it off for 5 mins and turned it back on the a/c started to work. July 8 the a/c stops working again I call I have to pay a late night fee $150 plus whatever fee the warranty doesn’t cover to fix the issue. I never write bad reviews but honestly this has been the most frustrating over priced experience of my life I shouldn’t have to constantly call to get a repairman within two weeks

  CC was very nice and respectful he worked hard to try and get the unit back up and running but it seems like I might have a bad circuit control board which is stopping the two units from running at the same time. Everything is wired up correctly but for some reason when the unit turns on the compressor and outside fan motor turn on but the inside air handler blower will not turn on. If you bypass/jump the air handler fan it turns on but the outdoor unit shuts off.

  Our blower motor went out in our Naples Condo on the 4th of July. I didn’t want to ruin anyone’s holiday so I scheduled an appointment first thing on a Sunday. The dispatch called to confirm the appointment and the tech was here by 9am. Fernando Palma was very professional. He diagnosed the problem immediately. He had the parts on his truck. He provided an estimate and we authorized the work. He was done in an hour. Excellent service. We would recommend him and the company.

  After our initial service, we had another issue with our AC, and Jamal came back out to make sure everything was working properly. He was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything to us in a way we could understand. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants to make sure the job is done right. His professionalism, honesty, and positive attitude made such a great impression on us that we decided to sign up for the company’s membership program because of him. It’s rare to find someone who is not only knowledgeable but also such a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Jamal, for going above and beyond, we truly appreciate you!

  I called and made an appointment with them. They gave me between 4 and 6. I asked him how much it would be to clean a blower into mini splits. They said somebody had to come out so I needed to be home between 4:00 and 6:00. After leaving work early I got a call from them saying that they're not coming over they need to clean the splits in the morning. I was told they were just coming to see what needed to be done. So in the meantime I'm home early from work only to find out that they're not coming. Then, after telling me that somebody called, which they didn't, they gave me this ridiculous price. So in the end, not only did they waste my time and make me come home from work early, they gave me some bullshit story about how hard is it to get blowers out of mini splits and that's something could go wrong while doing it, which only makes me think that it's a bait-and-break situation. 1 Hour Heating and Air conditioning, I've seen it done before. It's not my first rodeo.
