  One Hour Air Conditioning is outstanding! They kept in touch throughout the whole process before the technician arrived. Marcus was A-1 outstanding! Personable, knowledgeable, competent, and patiently explained what the issues were and got the appointment as soon as he could to rectify the situation. 10-plus out of 10 for Marcus and One Hour Air Conditioning.

  MARCUS WAS A TOTAL GENTLEMAN. He checked the equipment and arrived to the conclusion that the unit was low in freon. The landlord wasn't available to give the go ahead for the full repair, so I asked Marxus that I would pay for half the freon so I could get some air a sleep comfortable but he said he wouldn't do that. He said he needed to check for leaks, which is understandable but he left me and my wife without any air and we are both asmatic. It wasn't pleasant to be without air, we all know that. I offered to pay for some freon to get me through the week as it last us until we could have the Marcus come back for full repair. I would have been totally responsible and paid for the freon out of my pocket. But he refused, we were not very happy with that, but he left left joyful.

  Anastoyan Miller from One Hour Air Conditioning was the absolute best, he was prompt, very thorough and he made me laugh ,given I had been without air for 3 days. Mr. Miller is definitely an asset to company, he needs a raise. Thank you One Hour Air Conditioning for having such great staff, that take the time to explain the issue, and how he resolved it .

  I have been a service club member for 6 years. I had a major leak that required my air handler to be removed and it required a re-installation and freon recharge. I called and scheduled an appointment for this on Wednesday between 4-6pm. I explicitly explained that the air handler had to be re-installed and recharged with freon and that this was not just an ordinary service call. The receptionist understood and promised that the technician would be showing up the 4-6pm window, the technician instead showed up at 7pm only to inform me that he was unable to do the installation because he was a service technician, not an installation technician and that this job should have been given to an installation technician. Understanding this meant I had to go AT LEAST another day in August in South Florida with no air conditioning. I called the following morning (Thursday) and I was told by Anthony in Installations he could not come out Thursday, but that he would be there "first thing in the morning" on Friday. I called Thursday afternoon at 4:45pm to confirm my appointment. I was promised that the appointment was confirmed multiple times by the receptionist, but strangely never received a written confirmation even though every other appointment had gotten a written confirmation. I was told that installations do not get written confirmations but was repeatedly promised that this appointment was confirmed. On Friday morning, I received a call from Anthony that he "had lost his phone yesterday on a crane", but that someone "called out sick" on Friday and was unable to do the installation on Friday, but that he would do it on Saturday. My wife is sick and we have now had to spend three extra nights in a hotel because it is South Florida in August. This is all because of the incompetence and blatant dishonesty of this company. I do not appreciate being made a fool of and I hope no one at this company is ever in this situation of being unable to return to their home in August in South Florida due to another company's deceit and incompetence. The company should change its name from "One Hour Heating and Air" to "Never Show Up Heating and Air" - I even checked and the business name is available on Sunbiz! I have cancelled my service club membership and I will never use One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning Again. I do not recommend any one does either. If this is how they treat people who pay for an annual membership, I would hate to think how they treat people that are not members.
