I got 6 different estimates to replace my old red Spanish tile roof. I went with Good Guys for number of reasons. 1)They educated me on the process, the products, insurance options 2) fair price - not the cheapest - but fair and best value overall 3) was able to help with financing to make it easy on my monthly budget 4) able to include replacement gutters in the deal 5) knew the insurance requirements to update my roof to wall attachments - they answered every question I had. Overall project took 10 weeks I believe. The tear off was loud but fast, they cleaned up the yard and even spoke to the neighbors before they started. They replaced old tongue and groove wood once the hurricane straps/ gussets were installed and took necessary pictures. The project manager confirmed the color I selected when it looked a little off from the sample. Valerie and Juan Carlos called me back and kept me in the loop throughout the process. They worked with the city inspectors to get the approvals quickly. The fit and finish of the new roof looks fantastic - modern and really looks great. Lots of compliments from neighbors. Overall 5 stars. Definitely shop around and get educated with the process - but be sure to put Good Guys on your shopping list.

I recently had an excellent experience with Good Guy Roofing after a leak developed over my garage. From the moment I called, their team was attentive and responsive. The inspection was thorough, providing me with a clear understanding of the issue and the necessary repairs. They were flexible in scheduling the repair date, which made the whole process much easier for me. When the roofing team arrived, they were nothing short of incredible. Their professionalism and expertise were evident as they worked efficiently and respectfully. They took the time to address all my concerns and left the area clean and tidy upon completion. I wholeheartedly recommend Good Guy Roofing for anyone in need of roofing services. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction truly sets them apart! L. Cancio

I am incredibly happy with my new roof. The crew was professional and kept the workspace clean. Brian, the project manager was dedicated to making sure the job was done right and great to work with. The project did require a little extra patience, as the timeline stretched from six weeks to 12 weeks. However, the team handled the work beautifully, and the high-quality final result was well worth the wait. Highly recommend them for their craftsmanship!

Working with this company started out with an honest sales agent, Richard Barnes. He was the first person to come out to my house and tell me that I do not need to replace my roof, I only needed a repair. He offered a fair price on the repair and an option to provide a silicon coating. I wound up, opting for the repair and the coating and I am very happy. We just had some major storms and this is the first time I have no water entering into my house for the four years that I’ve owned it! I highly recommend this group.
