I want to take a moment to recognize Bob Smith Plumbing. We just wrapped up our rough inspection on a major underground plumbing project (Paradise Villas Condominium), and we passed with flying colors. The team, spearheaded by Jimmy and supported by Rubi, Lexi, Kat, Antonio, Vinny, Trayon, David and the entire office and field staff, has been tremendous from start to finish. What separates Bob Smith Plumbing is simple: efficiency, communication, time management, integrity, and execution. There’s no nonsense. Expectations are clear, communication is direct, and when it’s time to work, you get out of their way and let them execute. They operate with professionalism and a strong ethical foundation, and my experience working with them has been outstanding. For underground plumbing, infrastructure work, municipal projects, or private-sector projects, I highly recommend Bob Smith Plumbing. They’ve earned my confidence, and I would not hesitate to work with them again. Harry B. Joseph, LCAM Owner Representative for Paradise Villas Condominium Assoc.
