He took the time to explain in detail what the company does, the issues we need to address, and what it will take to get our property in the right condition.   Inspector Gavin Gordon from Alphafoundations spend time with me explaining what was happening with my Seawall, very professional and caring and gave me a better understanding what was going on and how to fix it. I am going to get my financing in order in order to move forward with him and his company I recommend Gavin to be your project manager.

  We had a great experience with Alpha Foundations and especially Cooper Baker. From start to finish, Cooper helped us manage and coordinate the entire project. Our home had musky smells, bouncy floors, and several concerns underneath the house that we wanted addressed. Cooper took the time to inspect everything, explain what was going on, and put together a plan to take care of all of our concerns. During the process, we also discovered a plumbing leak in the crawlspace that we did not even know was there. Even though plumbing is not something Alpha Foundations handles, Cooper helped coordinate with a plumber and made sure everything was taken care of so the project could keep moving forward. It was great having one person we could rely on throughout the entire process. Cooper stayed involved, communicated with us, and made sure everything was handled properly. I would highly recommend Alpha Foundations and Cooper Baker to anyone looking for someone honest, knowledgeable, and dependable.

  We had settlement cracks on both the inside and outside of our home, along with water intrusion coming in around the same area. Cooper Baker came out, explained what was causing the issues, and walked us through the best solution. Cooper acted as our project manager throughout the entire process and made everything easy from start to finish. Alpha Foundations completed the work exactly how Cooper explained they would and addressed the areas we were concerned about. The communication, professionalism, and follow through were excellent. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations and especially Cooper Baker if you are looking for someone you can trust to manage your project and make sure the job gets done right.

  This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a contractor in South Florida. Cooper Baker was upfront, honest, and completely transparent from the beginning. He clearly explained what Alpha Foundations could help with, what they could not, and what he believed the best solutions were for my home, even when part of the solution was not something his company offered. There was never any pressure, just honest recommendations and great communication. Everything Cooper promised was followed through on, and the work was completed exactly as expected. It is rare to find someone in the contracting industry who is this honest, professional, and dependable. I could not recommend Alpha Foundations and Cooper Baker more. If you are looking for someone who will be straightforward with you and truly look out for your best interest, ask for Cooper.
