  In 2022 All Shutter Solutions installed the accordion shutters on the 1st floor of my house. They were tied with velcro and I never opened them until now 2024 (my mistake). When I tried to lock the shutters I couldn't do it and I called the company. They said they could only come to show me how to close them if I paid $150, which I can't spend right now. I said I didn't need them to do any maintenance but they said that if I didn't pat the $150 they couldn't do it. I'm very disappointed that nowadays some companies are not willing to help you when you need it. I only needed them to show me how to close one of them so I could close them myself.I even told them I was in my 70s and needed to see how it was done, but not even that moved them. Humanity is in decadence. I'll never buy anything else from them or recommend them to my friends.

  My husband and I are so excited about our new windows and sliding glass door for our home. Carlos and his Team did an amazing job! The house is now extremely quiet inside, and we love just sitting and looking out at these big crystal clear windows as you can tell from the pictures. We highly recommend All Shutter Solutions if you want a great product, customer service and installation!

  I want to share my very positive experience in replacing my balcony door. All Shutters Solutions Corp installed it on time, at a very competitive price and very efficiently. Everyone I dealt with was competent, pleasant and knowledgable. And I love the door!

  All Window & Shutter Solutions is a very flawed company in my opinion. After consulting with others in our building it appears I'm not the only one. When I called the window manufacturer the owner told me directly that he gets tons of complaints about All Shutter, and that he has personally told the owner Carlos if they don't start doing things the right way they will no longer sell him windows. Find another company if you can, they are also terrible about warranty and follow up. They have created a new website 2 times that I'm aware of to get rid of other bad review posts. Stay away!
