- CCchristopher currieMay 2, 20265.0I've used this company for years they installed my septic system in my new house. And I keep up with their maintenance plan to keep the bill lower if something goes wrong. I've had my issues all small. The wires for the pump and alarm were broken they came out and fixed them no cost. The employees just handed me a ticket saying this is what it would cost. Dorey who gave me his personal number and sent the guys back and his response was I don't care who pays for it we're not going to leave this family with our a working septic system. From that point they had a customer for life. A couple years later. After they came to clean the filter I noticed one of the lids having erosion around it. When they came out to clean the filter the next year they told me that the lid is missing the ring around it and I riser needs to be installed. Septic solutions called me and was trying to set up a payment for them to come out to install it. I explained this happened when they came to clean the filter last year and the ring was missing then too you guys told me you added a ring and now the next guy is saying it's not there. She said let's get this sorted out. She called me back the next day and told me someone would be out to install free of charge!!! I swear anytime I had a problem these guys take accountability and are amazing they have a customer for life!.

They called in enough time to let me know they were on the way. The two different people I spoke with (to book and the confirmation call) were both friendly and professional. - CJCindy JonesAug 2, 20241.0If I could give these idiots 0 stars ⭐️ I would I bought a home recently and tge prior owner had septic pumped out and they said with septic only being 4 years old it was working as it should and we paid to have risers put in as they told us in phone we would see the green lids well 4 months later it costed us 2169 with Averett to fix what this company failed at the risers were buried under the dirt so you could not see them and wasn’t even screwed down at all and found of the lift station tank had no lid on it at all and pump was broke along with the alarm .
