The report was very detailed and above and beyond what I ever experienced in home buying. Their report also provided you with the capability of creating a personal list of concerns for the seller.   I contracted with Andrew at ARB for a four point inspection that was required by an insurance company to provide homeowners insurance. I was very satisfied with his service. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. He explained the process up front and was able to arrange his schedule to access the property quicker than I had expected. He's very easy to talk to and returns phone calls promptly. His report was thorough and fair. I will definitely work with him again should I have the need for his services and would recommend him to others needing a home inspection.
