- CDCarol Drake6 days ago5.0The laying and removal of tile and the professional work done was excellent. We love how it looks. The only small complaint I had was I felt the salesman could have kept us more informed about the process. We were told the tile was in stock but come to find out, the amount of tile needed, was short. We had to reach out to the salesman to find out what the delay was. However, once the tile came in everything moved quickly and efficiently. Excellent work. Even with the small inconvenience I would highly recommend Floors Direct.
- DWDaniel WeinbachSep 18, 20265.0Rob went above and beyond to get us the tile we needed, delivered where and when requested, and always at a great price.

- MLMackenzie LebelAug 3, 20265.0They have a large selection for all tastes. Everyone was so nice and Clay spent many hours with us, patiently pulling options for us and helping us coordinate everything. Rob delivered items to our house so we wouldn’t have to go pick them up. We had a great experience!
- ARAdriana RuedaJul 23, 20265.0Thank you once again for your amazing service! I bought my first apartment back in 2007, and ever since then, your company has been the one I trust for my flooring projects. This was my third or fourth time doing business with you, and every single experience has been excellent. This time, I decided to replace the carpet in my master bedroom with vinyl flooring, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The floors are absolutely beautiful! A special thank you to Tony for all of your help and patience throughout this project. I know my HOA was being absolutely ridiculous this time around, but we made it happen. Thank you again for another outstanding job. It’s hard to find a company that consistently delivers such high-quality work and genuinely cares about its customers. I highly recommend you to anyone looking for beautiful flooring and exceptional service!
