  Hello everyone, this is my second or third time writing a review for a company. When there’s a company that goes above and beyond, you need to let others know. Mike from Starboard has been handling my personal and business a/c for several years. Every time I’ve called him, someone has been out within a few hours even on the weekend. This last time Mike, the owner, came out and had my a/c up and running within ten minutes. If you want an honest, family business there is no one better than Starboard!!!

  A great company and a trustworthy family-owned business. I’ve had two systems installed by them and have recommended them to numerous friends and family members. Their service, professionalism, and commitment to their customers can’t be beat. Ask for Heather and Mike: wonderful people who truly care about their customers. Highly recommend Starboard Heating & AC!

  Jacob came earlier than expected (yay!) He had very nice manners (think Southern charm.) He got in, fixed the problem and was done in under 20 minutes! Very professional and we are very much overall satisfied with the work that was done. We'd use Starboard A/C again, for sure!

  It's hard to find an AC company who can properly diagnose and is willing to repair when they could have made a lot more money on selling me a new unit! We bought a house in Plant City two years ago that had a 24 year old Air conditioning system. We had exhausted our funds in the move with needing to put a new roof on the home. Sure enough a month into owning this home, we woke up sweaty and found that our AC was not blowing cold. Starboard sent a tech out on the weekend and was able to replace our blower wheel motor. Our system is now 26 years old and still blowing cold. But when it finally goes- Starboard is who we will call.

  Starboard A/C saved us after our unit was taken out by lightning in the middle of summer! Had to do a total replace of our system and they were very reasonable and had us up and going within 24hrs. A few months later when we had an issue, they troubleshot until the issue was completely resolved. Our previous unit could never cool and keep our home at the set temp.. we were always 2-8° warmer. Since Starboard took care of us our house sits at a perfect 72° for the first time in 3 years! All of their techs are super respectful and I trust them completely in my home. Thank you Starboard A/C!
