  Read this before signing with Securipanes! If you do choose them, put completion dates and payment milestones in writing. My project included 11 standard-size windows, four sliding doors, and a door. It took nine months. By month six, I had paid 75% of the price, although substantial work remained. Progress did not keep pace with payments! Approximately 15 different workers came to my home; only three told me they were Securipanes employees. That turnover made me uncomfortable about who was entering my house. The work was disorganized, and many tasks had to be redone through trial and error. At one point, every room, including the kitchen, was disrupted for two weeks. The workers blamed each other constantly I had difficulty getting permitting and HOA requirements resolved. Communication from the office was chaotic and workers told me they found the office environment difficult. They blamed the office for scheduling conflicts, availability of material, and availability of team members for two-person jobs. I understand the operations director and scheduler are mother and daughter; whatever the cause, scheduling and coordination were poor on my job. I repeatedly emailed and texted reminders about unfinished work, needed equipment, and promised dates. I also received bills for work not yet been completed. Owner Jeff Wren presented and bid the job, but promises made during that process were not met in my experience. The CWS product seems satisfactory so far, though it is too early for me to assess its long-term performance. Safe yourself the pain and anguish. Find a better company. One with integrity and competence. Even if it costs a little more.

  I did my due diligence to find a company to replace my windows and sliding glass doors. The prices were all over the map but I have to say that SecuriPanes was the fairest out there. From measuring to scheduling to installation all went smoothly. The installation crew did an excellent job installing our windows and sliding glass doors in just a few days. They were all very respectful and courteous to my wife and I as well as ready to assist with any request we made. They have left the house the way they found it and have cleaned up after themselves. I found all of them to be diligent in doing their jobs and the attention to detail was evident. We are very pleased with the results. If you are looking to replace your windows this is the company to use.
