  Sayler’s Suncoast Water truly saved me after several dangerous and expensive situations with other companies. My RO system stopped working after 1½ years. The company that installed it gave me no warranty, no support, and told me it needed no maintenance for two years. That was not true. Before calling Sayler, a local plumber who claimed specialize in water systems pushed air into my RO tank with a bicycle pump, charged me a very high bill, and the RO still did not work. Then the original Puronics company delivered salt, but the technician sprinkled the “resup” incorrectly on top of the new salt bags, told me not to mention it to the company, and afterward my water tasted terrible and **fumes were coming from every faucet and toilet**. I was getting sick and could not drink the water. When I finally called Sayler’s Suncoast Water, everything changed. Andrell came to my home, checked the RO, replaced the cartridges, and got it working immediately. He inspected my Puronics softener, emptied the tank, cleaned it thoroughly, washed it out, added new salt correctly, and stayed until the full cycle finished. He made sure both the RO and softener water were safe to drink before he left. He spent over three hours fixing the damage caused by the other companies, and the bill was extremely reasonable. A Sayler team member even followed up afterward to double‑check the RO valve. I later learned my Puronics warranty had expired years ago, so I officially switched to Sayler for all my salt deliveries, filters, and future service. They earned my trust completely. I highly recommend Sayler’s Suncoast Water for honest, thorough, and reliable service, they truly care about his customers. -

  So grateful to find Saylers services today! It was quick and easy to sign up for salt delivery/filling every 16 weeks, they even do autopay. The price was very reasonable, only a few bucks more than home depot/lowes, plus they fill it and check out the tank each time. Love to give to local companies instead of big box stores. Thanks for making my life easier Sayler! Looking forward to having it delivered and filled for me :)

  We recently moved into a house that had a Sayler's water softener that hadn't been used by the previous owner for years. Sayler's was at our house within a few days to get it up and running and install a whole house filter. Great service - definitely recommend!

  We've been a customer for greater than 20 years. Nick and Rose are great to work with whenever you needed anything. Just had a new unit installed, the installers were efficient and courteous.
