- CLChi Thông LamSep 10, 20261.0Very disappointing experience with them. I was charged $160 for a breaker that I found listed for $110 on Home Depot’s website—about 45% more for the same product. That price difference felt excessive and opportunistic to me. Even more frustrating was the return policy. I was told that once the breaker had been powered on, it could not be returned and the warranty would be void. How is a customer supposed to confirm that a product works without powering it on? If a breaker is defective and fails during proper use, there should be a reasonable process for a return or replacement—not a blanket refusal simply because it was used. Between the high price and the return policy as it was explained to me, I have very little confidence in this business standing behind what it sells. I would not shop here again and would recommend shopping elsewhere.
