  My “go to” for air conditioner service! My technician, Christopher, couldn’t be more professional, knowledgeable and courteous! Today was a very extensive, much needed, coil cleaning and I am very satisfied with the entire experience. Strongly recommend. Thanks, Chris! :)

  It took an hour and a half and multiple trips to the technician's van to tell me that they couldn't open up the shower handle in order to do the diagnostic. This should have been a quick assessment, but the technician made several attempts getting multiple tool sets to open up the shower handle.

  Had to repair a leaking outdoor water faucet. We called in the morning and got service before noon. The technician had to cut into an exterior wall to repair the faucet. He did a really great job. Leo Rivera was our technician and he was very skilled and polite. Very happy with the job he did.

  Called Sunny Bliss for a plumbing issue and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were responsive from the start, showed up on time, and the technician actually took the time to explain what was going on before jumping into the work. No upselling, no surprise charges — the quote they gave me was the price I paid. The job was done cleanly and efficiently. You could tell they know what they’re doing. My house has older pipes so I was a little nervous, but they handled everything without any issues. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a plumber they can actually trust.

Communicating clearly ahead of time, arriving exactly when promised, and taking the time to thoroughly explain the issue in a way that was easy to understand. Once I approved the service, scheduling was handled quickly and efficiently. Jose maintained a very clean work environment, even wearing shoe covers to protect my home, which I truly appreciated. Most importantly, he stayed until everything was fully completed and ensured my unit was up and running perfectly before leaving. His dedication to both his work and his company truly stands out.
