  Haven’t purchased windows but Eric came to the house to provide and estimate. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all of the questions that I had and wasn’t pushy. Will provide another update if I decide to purchase windows through them.

  Happy with Window World process from estimate thru install and inspection, FOLLOW UP! We entered upgrading six of our windows to impact resistance in total ignorance. Took a few months as we acquired bids from others, e.g., Lowes, Home Depot. Many thanks to local Window World owner Mark, who educated my wife and me, tolerated our multiple visits to make us comfortable with what was, for us, a big expenditure. Eric, our sales/ and estimator tech was knowledgeable and communicated directly with us weeks after the estimate. INSTALL is orchestrated chaos and trauma of “open-house surgery”… But wife and I were thrilled with performance of Installers Jeremy and Clay. Communication was facilitated by Nancy, an office manager, who was always available by phone and text to talk us through some minor concerns. All these people did their jobs with professional demeanor all too rare today. Nancy arranged the Building Inspector visit. We were apprehensive that somehow it might “fail” and we’d incur more stress / expense. Instead, we got a very nice man from Escambia Building Inspections who educated us on merits of impact-resistant windows, and even demonstrated some features of our windows for us. He was an advocate for impact-resistant windows: the best return on investment you can make on your home. Overall, we were impressed with the integrity of our local Window World people and the FOLLOW UP they provided. We will be back to have remainder of our windows replaced. I got so carried away with the installation and Window World people that I forgot to mention the windows themselves. We are SO PLEASED with the appearance of the Series 8000 windows. Replacing the two double windows on front of the house resulted in a face lift for the house, increasing "curb appeal" in the unlikely event that we'd want to sell the house. The house is noticeably QUIETER. For instance, our 3-year-old HVAC outside unit is state-of-art, but it's 4 feet outside our bedroom window; it has been less than 30dBA at full tilt-- very quiet but audible. Now, we NEVER hear that unit, even though I can see the fan running wide open. Traffic noise from the front is also inaudible now.
