  Eric was kind and helpful when discussing options for new windows. He took the time on a Saturday to talk with us and show us samples of windows! Just a disclaimer to help others, the flyer that was sent out shows 5% military discount for Memorial Day sale and advertised 0% financing. We were told that we had to choose between a 3% military discount or 0% financing. We would rather go with the financing option, but just letting others know this was our experience! Eric was still kind and compassionate when discussing this as well.

  Mr. Sam was phenomenal😃! Thorough presentation on window options, design, and installation process with no nonsense pricing. Answered all our questions thoroughly and made us feel comfortable to contact him with any further questions. Upon texting him with two additional questions he went above and beyond to answer quickly and thoroughly. Sam is so knowledgeable, upfront, and personable😃! Amazing experience, thanks Mr. Sam👍! Looking forward to our new windows to come🤗!

  I called on a Friday at 3:30 and had a sales rep at my house the very next day. The sales rep ( Erick) was very thorough and punctual. He took his time answered my questions was patient as I tried to decide if I want right hand out swing doors or left hand swing in. He wasn’t pushy and unlike other window companies WINDOW WORLD gave me the best price right from the first quote. I had a quote from another window company that gave me a quote for $22,000 more for less windows. Guys, trust me… don’t waste your time getting quotes from other companies. Window World and Erick will do you right.

  We had an excellent experience with Window World thanks to Tony Gleason. Tony was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk us through different door and window options and helped us make choices that truly fit our home and budget without ever feeling pressured. What stood out most was his integrity. Tony went above and beyond by providing helpful resources and guidance to make sure we felt informed and confident every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about doing right by their customers, and Tony absolutely does. Highly recommend both Tony and Window World for anyone looking for quality products and trustworthy service!

  Gage was very knowledgeable, personable and a true professional. He is a fantastic representative for Window World. We are planning to do a massive project in August and will definitely be calling Gage to have y’all replace our current windows and back 2 sets of doors. By the way, he was also early to our appointment which is awesome!!!
