  When we invited Renuity over we didn't know what to expect. I was concern it was going to be the standard salesman pitches that would drive us away. This was far from the truth. Kaden from Renuity was the most kind and patient person ever. He was extremely knowledgeable and guided my wife and I extremely well. While we are not moving forward at this time we will only use Renuity for our home improvement needs in the future. I encourage anyone reading this to contact Renuity for any of their home improvement needs before going with "just anybody".

  Don't know what happened to my original review, so here comes the 1 star, AGAIN, because their warranty dept always seems non-existent. I purchased a much needed shower reno back in 2022 from MaxHome (now Renuity). I have loved the shower from day one, but the bench seat remains a pain. The first time warranty finally decided to come out after original install, warranty guy said the missing caulk around the lip of the bench was fine and complained when I asked him to caulk it anyway (he did a poor job and was huffing the whole time). I mean hey, I paid for the shower, finish the job. And, if you don't want to do warranty work, why are you with a company that offers a lifetime warranty..? Now, I think we're seeing the negative effects of poor work and material as some how, there's water in between some sort of plastic layer or something on the underside. No idea how or what. Original installers said yeah you'll never have issues with mold or anything and if you do, lifetime warranty. Well, can't get them to call me or email me back to address this. Left numerous voicemails and sent a few emails through their contact form. The one time I did get someone on the phone, she huffed and transferred me to a voicemail. Trust me, I don't want to have to get in contact with you people either. I just want a shower with no issues that lives up to the original and excessive demonstration that was provided before I decided to purchase. I'll be lucky if they finally have someone come get this bench seat and trade it out for the teak or whatever for better longevity.

  Dedication to the project from the beginning of the designing to finalizing installation from start to finish and we were completely impressed with the finished project!
