  I called Perdido Heating and Air at 7:00 a.m. and my air conditioner was working again by about 12:30 p.m. The technicians don't work on commission so they aren't trying to sell you anything. Jamie, the technician, was very friendly and explained everything to me. I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend this business for any heating or air conditioning maintenance or repairs!

  Today is the 4th of July and we had a plumbing emergency that required repairing today. We contacted this company and they had a technician out to take care of us within the hour on a holiday weekend. What is so amazing is that 29 years ago, my wife had just given birth, and we contacted them once again on the 4th of July; however, that time our air condition unit went out. If you live in Florida, you already know how hot a home will get without any AC. This company sent a technician out and saw that we had a newborn and was determined not to leave until he had us up and running again. That repair even had the technician in our attic which had to be over 100 degrees at the time and yet, he was not deterred in anyway. What I know about Perdido Heating and Air is that they are a company that CARES about their community and even willing to take time away from their own families on weekends and holidays or in this latest incident, both to ensure those of us in need are helped. I gave a rating of 5 stars, but my family would give them 100 stars if allowed because this kind of service is RARE these days dare, I say almost non-existent. Thank you Perdido Heating and Air and we are so grateful to your leadership and staff for all that you do. You are making a difference and may God Bless each and every one of you.   In the early morning of the 4th of July our AC quit working with the 'feels like' temps expected to hit over 100 degrees. Perdido Heating and Air was able to send out an extremely knowledgeable and dedicated technician by 9am. Kenneth tracked down the problem, replaced some shorted wires and saved our 4th of July by noon. Exceptional service and dedication during a holiday! Thank you Kenneth and Perdido Heating and Air!

  WHY does the AC always go out in a heatwave and on a weekend. Well, this company does not let you cook. They respond right away and send someone out promptly. I highly recommend their platinum plan to get even higher priority although they respond even without it, The technicians are very knowledgable, professional and friendly. The communication level is excellent. I always use Perdido Heating and Air for my heat, air and generator.

  Exceptional performance attitude and service I highly recommend this company and I had more than one piece of equipment serviced mini split unit as well as my Generac and the price was completely reasonable for the work performed I’m a single disabled grandmother with 3 adopted grandchildren and I was able to afford services and I’m not extremely well to do so thank you Perdido Heat & Air for exemplary customer service and for not gouging customers. My bill was a little over 400.00. Sincerely T Harrison
