  Tony came out and started fixing my problem on my Generator. He is very knowledgeable about Generators. Very kind and explained everything. Ask for Tony when you call Perdido for services. You won’t be disappointed.

  I could not believe how quickly they got here and solve the problem and fix what was wrong and nothing else. I love this company. I will be using them again. They also answered any questions I had they were totally professional.

  My mom has used this company on her 2007-ish build home for years (as the second owner). They barely serviced her original HVAC, replaced it roughly 5 years ago, and just this past year she had a pipe leak, and suddenly - hallelujah - they have a contracted plumber. The HVAC doesn't keep up with environmental demands. And in "replacing" all her pipes they left her without a functioning hot water line to her main bayhroom, and couldn't find the main - and found a way to blame her for it, but charged her full price. When she called them back to fix her shower because it didn't have hot water, they "graciously" didn't charge for the visit; but now my 70 year old mother has to remember everytime she showers that hot and cold are reversed - which was conveniently blamed on an intern. My mother cannot use the shower in the second bathroom, due to physical limitations, nor should it be a requirement IN HER OWN HOME. Hire professionals, not whatever these guys are.

  The entire process was pleasant. They have the lowest base service call price. Kayden was great to work with setting up the appointment. Steven is a knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient tech. I like the way their system keeps you informed about the estimated arrival of the tech. It even lets you track their location as they're headed your way. Great balance of personal touch and technology. Good job Perdido Heat & Air!

  $850 seems high for the replacement of a fairly cheap part. Ask for an itemization before you have them do repair work. We were quoted for one type of repair method and they used a different method. The initial cost was due to it being a 4hr repair. When the tech was onsite 90 minutes I figured the estimate would have dramatically decreased. It decreased marginally. Service manager said the crimping connectors cost more than a brazed coupling so even though there was less time on site, the cost of their materials were higher. I don’t buy it. Unfortunately, we felt hostage to this company as we were told the system needed immediate repair. The work seemed decent. The people were cordial, but I wouldn’t recommend them for the above reasons. It felt like price gouging.
