    Jeremy did a great job installing my new water heater that was sorely needed after 13 years of use. He was able to put in new copper connections, A new blowoff valve, completely new systems, as well as able to redirect the gas line to be more accessible for the inspector. He was able to completely clean up that area, put a new drip pan in there and make sure that everything is completely safe. He took the time to explain to me the different statuses and settings for the heater to either turn it high, low how to turn it on and provided great pictures for it.

    Absolutely terrible communication and customer service. I had an appointment scheduled with Peaden today for what was an emergency situation. I was originally told it would be at 2:00 PM, only to later find out they don't actually give specific time slots—they just promise a call 30 to 45 minutes before arrival. I spent my entire afternoon chasing them down. I called at noon, 2:00 PM, and 3:45 PM just to get an update. On my third attempt, I was trapped in an infuriating AI bot loop that kept giving me the runaround and wouldn't even let me leave a message. At 5:00 PM, the office finally called me to say their tech was running late and tried to cancel on me. To make matters worse, the dispatcher who called was extremely rude to me when explaining the delay. It is now 6:00 PM—four hours past my original time—and still, absolutely no one has shown up to handle my emergency. To top it all off, they charge an upfront $85 fee for this complete lack of service. Save your time, money, and sanity, and call a company that actually values its customers.

    I’m giving two stars, only for fedrick, (our HVAC guy.) As he is truly amazing, and so educated, and professional at what he does. As far as the other team, especially dispatch, there are so many improvements needed to be made. We’re always told we’ll get updates throughout the day on an ETA, and that has never been followed through with. We always get a 30 minutes head up, and that’s it. Which makes it so hard to work with. Especially when you’re waiting almost all day, to the point you’re not even sure if they’re going to show up or not. This last time was definitely my last straw on the zero communication. As when I received the text they were on their way, I immediately got up to go rock my infant to sleep before they got here, as I can’t do it when they’re here because I have two other smaller children I can’t leave unattended. And then I got a text I didn’t reply in 10 minutes so they canceled. Mind you, my husband had already spoken and confirmed our appointment that morning. On top of that, we have NEVER had to confirm, so this was so frustrating as I already stayed home the whole day to make sure this appointment could be completed. Upon calling there were so many different excuses, I was being told on one line that I didn’t confirm that morning, (my husband did, we both get their text.) and on the other line my husband was being told they were just running behind. And then my text had said it was because I didn’t confirm, so just all over the communication is horrible. I’m disappointed my husband paid for a membership without ever giving them a try to see how they are, but I will tell you we’ve both agreed we will be finding another company and not renewing our membership. There has been other little problems here and there, but nothing I’ll hold against them. They just add up overtime to a bigger issue, and the zero communication being truly the biggest.

    Nathan was great explaining to me what the system issues were. Walking through each of the systems that were compromised either due to a poor installation previously by another company or that had just been out of service for a while. His professionalism and explanations put me a lot more at ease to make decisions regarding replacing my hvac and central cooling, along with better alternatives and recommended options. Carson was awesome explaining the particulars of the install and walking me through the process was an easy discussion and when I needed a change in the order, he was able to do so without any issue! Dickinson was great! He explained how the electrical system was going to be modified to handle the new system. I was able to do my work from home without any power interruption or loss of work. James and Brad were superstars in this heat! They were able to place the blower in the HVAC closet and gave it up to code. They walked me through what needed to be done regarding creating a second vent, installing a new thermostat, how the heat pump works and what to expect when the heater goes on for the first time. Showing me where the filter is supposed to go and did final cleanup and function check the system to verify that all was satisfactory! Peaden sent a great crew and got my temps back down to normal!!

    I just had my entire AC system replaced inside and outside, and all I can say is I am very impressed with the service I received throughout the entire process. The two technicians chris and cody showed up on time on a saturday to replace the a c system period. The customer service I received from these two guys were beyond my expectations!! They did not try to rush the repair just to get in and out. I really appreciated the fact they paid attention to detail And rechecked their work during the entire process to ensure proper installation and operation. All the while taking a few extra minutes to explain everything to me While they were performing the installation. I would definitely recommend Peden air for any air conditioning, repairs or needs, and I would one hundred percent recommend technicians cody, and chris, those guys were awesome!!! Thank you Thank you
