  Amber was very thorough. She diagnosed and fix the problem with my AC unit. Her assessment of the AC unit revealed a couple of other issues related to the heating system. She also did a visual inspection of my electrical panel and my hot water heater. She discovered my vent stack on water heater became disconnected. These issues are easily fixable, but had she not checked, I would not have known nor likely would have checked.

  The supply line to my sprinklers had a crack and was leaking. It was PVC pipe fittings that were about 6 inches from the sprinkler control box in the ground. There were 5 pipes that all had to be lined up perfectly with little to no "give". I glued the pieces together but couldn't manage the alignment and was at a loss. Peaden sent Dakota out and I showed him the set-up. Normally they don't do sprinklers but this was strictly a plumbing problem. He called the office and they said he could do it but they couldn't warranty it. I said go for it. He was able to get it fixed, I tested it the next day. No leaks. I'm very happy with the work. They came out in 24hrs. The sprinkler company was backed up about 2 weeks. I figured a good plumber wouldn't have trouble with it and maybe sprinkler people aren't as good at general plumbing with 1-1/4 PVC pipes. Overall very pleased with good fast service and fair price.

  Amber bender was the best Peden employee that we’ve dealt with. She was very professional and very friendly. She was the most thorough representative and addressed more things than any previous representative during an annual inspection. First employee that seemed to have a thorough understanding of our system, including the thermostat which has been a problem for previous representatives. I have recommended Amber to my daughter, Mackenzie Burt for all of her future HVAC annual inspections or service calls.

  Amber came out today because one our ac units was going in and out, she quickly found a clog pipe and cleaned it out made sure it was draining and flowing out. I can’t tell you how she put our mind’s at ease with her honesty, thoroughness, and dedication. Peaden you have a wonderful asset in Amber.

  After our air conditioners were repaired we decided to replace them. Todd, our Comfort Consultant developed a package with a great price. He was very knowledgeable. James, Cody and Chris installed both new units. They were efficient and cordial. After installation they provided a detailed overview of our new units. I highly recommend Peaden. People make a company great and Peaden has the best!
