  Kevin & Michael did an exceptional job of installing a new water heater at our home . They worked together with their great skills . All our questions were answered & the finished product works very well . We give them 5 stars & recommend them to do a great job for all their customers . They arrive on time & will not stop till the exceptional installing gets finished & then gets checked .

  The Guys at Peaden did an outstanding job with the new power pole this is the second time I've used these guys. .. the last project I had a bathroom completely installed the plumbers were great I also had all the electrical upgraded....the prices were fair and I will always call on peaden for anything else I need done...my next project will be HVAC installation and they will be doing the job I highly recommend these guys for any plumbing. Electrical or HVAC especially if you need it done in a timely manner...they will give you a price and get a tech over right away

  The technician initially misquoted the job, stating that the air box was causing air to seep out of the return box above the unit. I had to call Express Air for a second opinion. Their technician, Andrew, inspected the apartment and determined within about five minutes that the coils needed to be cleaned and that the closet door needed to be replaced to improve airflow. Based on the more thorough assessment and professional service I received from Express Air, I will be using Express Air exclusively for future HVAC needs.

  I received a text from PEADEN asking me if I would like to change my appointment to today? If I did I would get $50.00 towards my bill. So I said yes. In about an hour I received a text from Dustin, an employee from Peaden, telling me he would be here in 20 minutes. Well Dustin was right on time. He introduced himself, then went right to work. In a short while he was finished. Dustin checked off all his boxes. He was telling me I had some light bulbs that had burned out. In order for the added equipment to work correctly, all lights must be on. Dustin explained that the bulbs were out of warranty by 3 months. I gave Dustin my approval to replace the bulbs. Thank you Dustin for all your help.

  This company should have 0 stars. I don't usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share my extremely negative experience so others can make an informed decision. The technician was polite, and I thought the initial evaluation was adequate. He inspected the system, identified some potential issues and optimizations, and explained what he believed needed to be done. I don't have a problem with the inspection itself or with paying a diagnostic fee for someone to evaluate the system. Where my experience became extremely disappointing was with the repair recommendations and pricing. After the evaluation, I was presented with three repair options that increased significantly in price. Even the most basic option was quoted at $1,136. This included cleaning the interior evaporator coils, clearing the drain line, and replacing the capacitor. There was no attempt to address or fix any of the issues during the service visit without agreeing to one of the three ridiculously expensive repair options. It felt like the diagnostic/service visit was simply a gateway to selling ridiculously overpriced and costly repair packages. Apparently, these days, a "service visit" is just an opportunity for them to tell you they need even more money before they'll actually do any "service" whatsoever. Instead of moving forward with the repairs, I took the technician's recommendations, researched the work that was being suggested, and completed it myself in less than an hour. After doing that, my system was working properly. While I understand that hiring a professional includes paying for labor, experience, insurance, and overhead, I simply couldn't justify the prices I was quoted for the work being recommended. I don't mind paying for quality service, and I understand that HVAC repairs aren't cheap. However, I left feeling like the pricing was excessive compared to the work involved. If you're considering this company, I would strongly encourage you to get at least one or two additional estimates before committing to any repairs. In my experience dealing with this company, taking the time to compare prices, and maybe doing some extremely basic steps yourself, will save you a substantial amount of money.
