- DHDavid HunterJan 31, 20251.0This company installed hurricane fabrics on my new build, they didn't fit. I asked them to come back out to make them fit, and they provided longer screws and sent pictures of the fabrics "fitting" with only the 4 corners being attached. It's hard to see, but I added photos that show 8 anchor points along the sides have nothing attached. They told me the hurricane fabrics were only to keep the water out and under eves, like a roof line, the hurricane fabrics don't need to be taught, "they are only used to keep water out". That's ridiculous. Hurricane fabrics are for debris and hurricane force winds to keep your windows from breaking, AND to keep water out. I've requested them to come back out for a 3rd time, including the installation that I wasn't involved in.
- NNNicoleMar 1, 20231.0Closet shelves pulled completely out of the wall, leaving holes and damaging drywall. Screws used were small and only secured in drywall not studs. Took day off work for install, but they never showed up, even after calling business 2xs and told they were coming but never showed, tried to call business back and got vm closed at 4 when online says 5, company did not bother to call me back until the following Tuesday. Unprofessional and unacceptable to run a business this way. Only was using them because part of my home warranty but would rather pay out of pocket for another company to clean up their work, who treats their customers better and take pride in their work.
