A zero is applicable. Wayne Dalton provides the window barriers and this company comes to the home site and places the grommets for attachment. None of them fit properly. Wayne Dalton had me call them back again to take responsibility but the rude rep for IBP relies on a 30 day window with D.R. Horton to test the product fit and then washes their hands if it. Too bad Mr consumer. You're S.O.L. Horrible manners from lady answering phones there.

They did an insulation extraction for us, the guys who did it sat on and crushed all the duct work in the attic. The rep told us to have it replaced and they would reimburse us, which I have on video. After the replacement was done and months of back and forth with the owner, they refused to pay for it and continued to send us bills for the extraction which was half the cost of the duct replacement. 3 years later and still no resolution.

Stay far away from IBP and Flynn Builders. Neither will take responsibility for the storm panels that were missing or the wrong size for my new home. Took multiple calls to get the replacement panels. Then they are charging me full price $650.00 for two fabric panels. Took 2 months for them to arrive and both were the wrong size. Had to reorder! Save yourself the stress, call another company. IPB will not stand behind their products even if the panel is two feet too short.
