  Hughs Air Repair was awesome! We have a new building, and two of our mini-split units decided to start leaking on the same day—of course it happened after hours. Hughs responded quickly and got a technician out right away to diagnose the problem. A big shout-out to Stephen! He discovered that the original installation hadn't been done to the proper standard. Even with his packed schedule, he made time to fit us in, corrected the slope of the units, and completely solved our drainage issues. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. We really appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend Hughs Air Repair!

  Horrible customer service. They charged fee for coming out but immediately leaving without even telling me what the problem is or a offering solution. I called another HVAC repair and they fixed it that night for nearly the same price I was charged from Hughs.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ West Side Vintage: I can’t say enough great things about Hughes Air Repair! We’re on a first-name basis at this point, and my maintenance technician, Adam, is officially on speed dial. Every time I’ve needed him, he’s been incredibly responsive, professional, and honest. Adam always takes the time to explain what’s going on, never tries to upsell unnecessary repairs, and genuinely cares about making sure everything is working the way it should. It’s rare to find someone who is not only knowledgeable but also dependable and easy to work with. If you’re looking for an HVAC company you can trust, I highly recommend Hughes Air Repair—and if you get Adam, you’re in the best hands. Five stars all the way!

  After having moved here and used 5 different HVAC companies in the area, I can’t say enough good things about Hugh’s. If you need AC service this is the only number you’ll need. Fair price, on-time, excellent communication on arrival, and amazing service. You get professional treatment, they’re not there to sell you every extra bell and whistle, and you can tell immediately they are there to not only fix your problem but actually service your system so it’s running properly and more efficiently. Thank you Hugh’s it’s running so much better from when we first even moved in, you have earned a lifelong customer.

  It’s scorching hot here in Gulf Breeze right now—upper 80s with insane humidity pushing the heat index well over 100°F (some spots nearing 110°). Last night was absolutely brutal; without AC, the sticky heat made it nearly impossible to sleep. Thankfully, Hugh from Hugh’s Air Repair showed up quickly, replaced the bad AC capacitor, and thoroughly diagnosed another issue with no pressure or upselling at all.
