We are so grateful for this company who came to our house. After a previous failed attemp on my part to claim it on insurance they came in and helped us get approved. They were very professional all around. Every person we met and talked to was pleasant and there was no pressure or rushing. someone was available everytime to answer questions I had. Supplies came one day and the next day by 5 they were complete! I was surprised because the heat index was 113 that day! Great job Elite Pro!

Great customer service from the beginning with the salesmen and legal team all the way to the end with my roof being completed. Thomas was my project manager and he was very kind and understanding and answered my call on the 3rd ring and answered my text within 5 minutes everytime,Thomas followed through with everything we discussed with my roof project. Makayla in the front office was amazing she explained every detail with me she went as far as with detail that it will be a bit noisy while the roofing team is replacing my roof. Thank you Elite Roofing team for a beautiful new roof and helping me protect my home for many more years.

I had a great experience with this roofing company! Paul came out to inspect my roof, and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the entire inspection. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and made sure I understood what was going on with my roof. I really appreciated how thorough and honest he was without making me feel pressured. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a roof inspection, and I especially appreciate Paul for making the process so easy and comfortable!
