  Excellent service from Economy! Received a very fair quote from technician Anthony. Took multiple measurements and checked the property to ensure correct system. Received a quote the next day which included full installation. Andrew called and was extremely helpful coordinating an install day that worked with a separate companies removal and was able to coordinate same day service. The team that came out were professional, timely and explained everything. They cleaned up afterwards. Would recommend 10/10. Super family friendly and honest folks.

  Replaced an old York system with Rheem R-454b heat pump. 3 times in 13 years the motor died, so I decided to replace the whole thing. Great decision. Process was very easy and FAST. Respectful employees except for one who was in the hallway working on the new air handler, who said "whoa" out loud when I was in the kitchen with roofing consultant and he told me the cost to replace the roof. That was not professional. Me and the roofing guy just smiled and shook it off with my apologies. I have used Economy with every needed air conditioning problem, and have been very satisfied. Hopefully I won't need them again for a long time.

  Doug Raffield did a great job advising me after evaluating my dishwasher. He was efficient and knowledgeable and actually looked at all of my appliances, and gave me tips for each one for which I was very grateful. This was the best service call we have ever had. Super guy!

  We had a surprise breakdown of our AC system in the middle of September on a Sunday morning. We had the pleasure of working with Economy Appliance and they were out the same day. They diagnosed a busted capacitor and compressor. They were fortunate enough to find the parts the next day and installed the following day. I want to give my utmost gratitude and thanks to our technicians Lane, Liam, Travis, & Jackie who made this process so smooth and for providing excellent customer service all along the way. I forgot to say thank you before y'all left, but here is my Thank You!!! Y'all did awesome and I would definitely recommend to friends, family and my neighbors in the future! ☺️🙏🏼
