  I called at 8:20am July 5th. Explained A/C problem. (As in none). The person that answered the phone gave me a couple of options for rates and response times. I was given a cost+ estimate which I was very happy with, and a response time of after 4pm same day. At 9:50 am, John P. called and said he was on the way through and if we were home, he could be here in 20-30 minutes. YES! John P. arrived, diagnosed the 2 problems, (low refrigerant and plugged drain) ran the unit for 30 minutes to ensure everything was working properly. It was. He was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. The bill was about $160 LESS THAN the estimated range! VERY highly recommended! Thanks John P. and Economy appliance, Heat and Air!

  Economy appliance Heat and Air is True to its name. We had 2 other bids and Codie, our excellent Technician, was able to deliver a custom solution well under what we expected to pay. Great Service from start to finish, I would highly recommend them.

  I have used Economy Air for my home, rental, business for 20 years. They are honest, caring, fair priced. Great business. I strongly recommend using them. Thanks, Economy Air you are the best. I had family coming in town and some Ants got into my outside unit and messed up a part. They were out there on a Saturday taking care of business.

  Codie came to fix a water leak on my AC system. He was great. So knowledgeable, about my system, neighbor's AC he had also worked on, what I would need going forward, etc, etc. He fixed my leak quickly, but the best part is I now have an expert I can trust and call.

  Thankfully it wasn't a huge problem, just the condensation pump gone bad. Economy immediately sent me an email to set up an appointment and Randall came the next day. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was. He had the replacement part and everything he needed in his truck to fix it. No waiting for parts to be ordered! Very happy with Economy and their crew. Highly recommend.
