  I had to do callback to have a poor caulking job, that another employee recently did, fixed. Ralph made it right and did an outstanding job so I'm changing my review from one star to five stars. Thanks, Ralph!

  They did insulate my attic, which was badly needed. The results so far have worked. However, after leaving work early so that the estimator could look at the roof to determine baffle installation, everything was set to install baffles. Once the crew showed up the following week, I quickly realized that the lazy crew got our work order. Before even stepping foot in the attic, I was told that there is no way baffles can be installed as those have to be installed during initial construction. Im not a building contractor, but I know that is not true. Once they were done, they told me that I can just get a broom and sweep up the room or if I really want them to , they will do it. Really? They never even mentioned the fact that the hose used to run from the truck to the attic was full of red clay from a previous job and was all over my hardwood floor as mud since the ground was wet that morning. I decided to clean it all up myself since they would have most likely done a poor job. Emailing Coastal Insulation has resulted in "It was forwarded to my boss" with no other response from anyone. All together, they did perform the job, just not the entire job that was setup in the estimate and made no offer to resolve the situation. Not only am I disappointed in the baffles, I am disappointed in their effort to contact me afterwards.
