  Joel came out the same day that i called about a leaking roof. He inspected both inside the house and the roof. He found the problem and repaired it at the same visit and then did not charge me. He was professional, polite and kind. He asked me to call back if i had anymore problems. I highly recommend him.

  Joel Higginbotham and Coatal Family Roofing were a pleasure to work with for my roof replacement. His communication is topnotch. He text/emails before each phase of the process and then follows up afterward. He responds to questions quickly, usually within an hour. He also coordinated closely with the contractor who remove/reinstalled my solar panels making the whole process efficiently done and stress free.

  Joel and his team did an awesome job on my Pensacola property. They were on time, set clear expectations, and you couldn’t even tell they were here when they finished- the cleanup was excellent.
