  I need an empty cardboard roll for a 8x19 photo op backdrop for a club I belong to called Newcomers. I looked at 4 in PVC. Very heavy. Called a few carpet places then talked to the owner of Carpet Direct ., Scott. He said sure come over anytime this week and I will give you on. The rolls are 12 ft long. So he gave me the roll. Cut it down to 8 1/2 ft and put it in my car. He would not take any money. So here is my thanks to a very positive person. If I need any flooring he is my go to person. Thanks Scott

  Scott was great to work with--easy to get ahold of, communicated clearly and promptly, and worked to give us many options to fit our budget. He patiently helped us make a decision, giving helpful advice as we worked through the options. He was able to quickly order the carpet and schedule the install. The installers did a great job with the install. We would work with Carpet Direct again and recommend their services.

  4/15/2023 I am extremely pleased with Carpet Direct. I almost purchased approximately 2,000 square feet of a lower quality and higher cost LVP flooring from another floor store. Fortunately, I found Carpet Direct before doing so. Scott Pflug at Carpet Direct set me straight and I was able to purchase a much higher quality flooring at a much better price point, being he is able to cut out the middleman. Also, Carpet Direct uses some of the most courteous and professional installers that one could ask for. These guys really put me at ease throughout the whole installation process of getting my old flooring out and my new flooring installed. I am extremely impressed with Carpet Direct in Pensacola. I thought it was going to be a huge ordeal to get new flooring installed professionally but Carpet Direct made this so easy. I feel extremely blessed to have found Carpet Direct for my flooring needs.
