  Scott was great to work with--easy to get ahold of, communicated clearly and promptly, and worked to give us many options to fit our budget. He patiently helped us make a decision, giving helpful advice as we worked through the options. He was able to quickly order the carpet and schedule the install. The installers did a great job with the install. We would work with Carpet Direct again and recommend their services.

  Cannot recommend this company enough!! I rarely write reviews but felt like I needed to with how wonderful my whole experience went. I called the number posted online and immediately spoke to Scott. He was very friendly and said he could come out same day to show me his samples and give me a quote. Scott was very knowledgable about flooring. He let me keep the samples overnight to show my husband. When we made our decision for the carpets we wanted, Scott had the final quote that same day. Carpets arrived within a week and installation was scheduled for the following week. The installers were efficient and nice. They completed 4 bedrooms in about 6 hours. Scott called when they were done to see if I was happy/satisfied with their work. I was very happy with the final product and my whole family is LOVING the new carpet in their bedrooms!

  I started my search for carpeting for my home at a big Orange box store after some time and hassle I got a quote, I decided I want a second Quote for comparison, so I searched Google and found Scott in his company .Scott came to my house with many samples a price was set,carpet was chosen, installation date was set. Scott's crew came to the house help me move many pieces of furniture from room to room,, did a fabulous job.I am very happy with the quality of carpet and Scott's professionalism,,so if you need carpet--think Direct Carpet and Scott

  We saved $2,000 for going with Carpet Direct and got a better quality of carpet. Scott was very helpful in explaining the different in carpets types so we could select the best one for us. He even came to our house so we could see how the carpet would look. Installation was easy to arrange. We recommend Carpet Direct and especially Scott.
