I recently purchased my new home with Ashton woods, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the beginning of the process all the way through closing, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. A special thank you to Matt, who went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer my questions, kept me informed, and made sure everything was taken care of. Buying a new home can be stressful, but having someone like Matt there to guide you through the process made a huge difference. I truly appreciate the time, effort, and professionalism he showed us. I would definitely recommend Matt and this builder to anyone looking to purchase a new home. We are extremely happy with our new home and excited for this next chapter!

I have worked with Matthew Thomas multiple times at Oakfield Trails. He is always professional, knowledgeable, and courteous to my customers. I always enjoy bringing my buyers to him before any other builder reps in the Parrish area.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Matt! From the very beginning, he was an absolute pleasure to work with and made what could have been a very stressful process feel smooth and manageable. As a military family, our situation came with several challenges and unexpected delays. Matt, being a veteran himself, truly understood the unique demands of military life and the importance of securing a home for our family. His compassion, patience, and understanding meant so much to us throughout the entire process. Matt went above and beyond to help us, working hard to secure multiple extensions when we needed them and ensuring that our down payment remained protected. He consistently advocated for us, kept us informed every step of the way, and always had our family’s best interests at heart. We are forever grateful!:)

Ashton Woods at Oakfield Trails is a great option for buyers in the Parrish area. They offer plenty of floor plans to choose from, great interior packages, and the option to build from scratch or purchase an inventory home. I have worked with Matt Thomas several times and it has always been a great experience for my clients and me. He genuinely cares about helping buyers anyway he can, is always available to me and my clients, and is great to work with.
