From the very beginning, he was an absolute pleasure to work with and made what could have been a very stressful process feel smooth and manageable. As a military family, our situation came with several challenges and unexpected delays. Matt, being a veteran himself, truly understood the unique demands of military life and the importance of securing a home for our family. His compassion, patience, and understanding meant so much to us throughout the entire process.   Ashton Woods at Oakfield Trails is a great option for buyers in the Parrish area. They offer plenty of floor plans to choose from, great interior packages, and the option to build from scratch or purchase an inventory home. I have worked with Matt Thomas several times and it has always been a great experience for my clients and me. He genuinely cares about helping buyers anyway he can, is always available to me and my clients, and is great to work with.

  We recently bought a house with Ashton Woods. The process was made real easy with the help of the sales representative Matt Thomas who took the time to answer any questions we had. He was upfront about everything and we’re not surprised by any hidden fees or complications. The construction and warranty team are both easy to work with and respond in a timely manner.
