  Where do I even begin? Chris Hill was exactly the person we needed to meet on that unforgettable day!! That day we walked into a new construction model home not expecting to buy a house but just wanted to see what the possibilities were!!! Well with that Chris took the time to fully explain everything to me and my wife who are moving down to Florida from Michigan. What really stood out was Chris’s dedication to customer satisfaction. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable with every decision and timeline! It’s clear he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in his work.
