  Where do I even begin? Chris Hill was exactly the person we needed to meet on that unforgettable day!! That day we walked into a new construction model home not expecting to buy a house but just wanted to see what the possibilities were!!! Well with that Chris took the time to fully explain everything to me and my wife who are moving down to Florida from Michigan. What really stood out was Chris’s dedication to customer satisfaction. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable with every decision and timeline! It’s clear he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and truly committed to making sure everything went smoothly, without being pushy!! If you or your family is thinking of making the move to a DRB built home, don’t wait and come see Chris Hill!!! You won’t regret it I can promise you that!!!   Chris Hill was the first person we met when we walked into our very first DRB Model Home, and we are so thankful we met him! As a former sales manager of several residential communities, my expectations are high and Chris has met every one of them. In fact, with todays technology and communication tools, he has exceeded them! Chris "got us" right away and heard both what we needed and what we wanted and worked well with all entities to make it happen! Chris is no longer DRB's "sales staff" in our minds, he's our first friend made in the area we are moving to.
