  Peaden and Mr. Dellinger were prompt and professional in fulfilling the requirement to recertify our irrigation backflow valve. Though this was a service required by the county (and therefore without wiggle room in setting the price), the price seems fairly within the usual charges. Peaden did the original work and the recertification two years ago. As the technician said, "See you in two years!" :)

  Scam company. Do NOT use. $90 upfront payment for them to come out, only to be told that they cannot do the work. They knew exactly what was required before they came out. Told we would not get a refund, so while they were here, we got them to quote for another small job we had. Our thinking was we would at least get some value for our $90. We had a small closed off water pipe and gas pipe behind the fridge and stove, meaning we could not push them flush to the wall. Their quote for this small job was $1050!!!!! So we lost our $90. Don’t get scammed like we did, AVOID at all costs!

  Alex was an absolute lifesaver! We had a badly clogged pipe that he was able to unclog quickly and efficiently. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything so we understood what was going on. His pricing was very fair, especially for the quality of work he provided. It's hard to find someone who is honest, reliable, and truly cares about helping their customers, but Alex definitely does. I highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work. Thank you again for the excellent service!

  This review is more about the technician than the company. Had Peaden HVAC tech Kurt Budd in my home on 6/26 for a service call about an HVAC issue, I was having. He came within a few hours which was very good considering how busy the tech must have been. He found the problem quickly. Unfortunately due to price I was not able to afford to have the work done. This was not the fault of the service tech as he does not set prices for service or markup on parts. $1800 for an indoor blower motor replacement was a bit extreme. I paid the service call price of $89.95 and thanked him for his diagnosis.

  Technician was very knowledgeable, answered all questions, very professional, would recommend this company and Technician again. We were under the impression we needed a whole house rewire, but technician advised not needed, but braker box needed replaced. Update: had work done this week, everything works perfectly, couldn't be more pleased with the work, everything was done quickly and effectively. Definitely recommended., prices might seen high, but the quality of the work is well worth it, work includes a 1 year warranty.
