  Matthew Cox performed an electrical inspection for me. He was on time, polite and professional. He did his inspection and asked me about any electrical work I was thinking about having done. We discussed several options and he proposed a couple of things I had not thought of. He made sure that all my questions were answered fully and completely. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Matthew Cox.

  Waited 2 days for a tech to arrive at our house it was determined we needed to have parts ordered waited a week for the parts to show up called the parts department and none of the parts have been ordered I’ve been without AC for 8 days now and am still stuck with no AC and will have to wait another week for another company to order the parts would never use this company again

  Peaden sent multiple technicians out to ensure the problem was handled as troubleshooting began. I ended up purchasing a brand new system. The older system repair was almost half the price of a new one and outdated. Gabriel and Ian did a fantastic job on the install today, and had a quick turnaround for it after my system failed on Saturday night. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting AC services.

  When we had our HVAC installed, it was not installed correctly. Mia left the ducts ripped, and the waterproof cover on the outdoor unit was damaged during installation. They never came back to fix it. We were supposed to have 2 free visits for maintenance and repair. They never could get it scheduled. My husband is home from open-heart surgery. He isn't supposed to be in temperatures of 76+ degrees. We called, and a tech came out. The labor fee was supposed to be waived. It wasn't. The tech who came paid for a new thermostat out of his own pocket. He only charged us a call-out fee of $85. He said he would probably get written up, but to consider it a gift to our family. We had to call them again less than 24 hours after the visit. Another $85. Our card was declined. I'm waiting on disability for multiple strokes and heart attacks. My husband's sternum is still an open wound. It ran for about 2 days. Now it's 82 in here. I gave a good review because I thought the company had done a decent job, even though there were hiccups. My husband could die because of this company's lies and lack of true customer service. I will never recommend Peadan again. Good employees shouldn't get bullied for helping people in need. Shame on you, Peadan. Pray for my husband if you have a soul. Over $10,000 in this thing, and it hasn't worked right from day one. Leaking air out of the ductwork that was not installed; $ 400 light bill every month. We don't have a dryer, fridge, or stove. It's the unit running it up, trying to keep Florida cool. Now the motherboard is shot, and the clutch is going out because the system is overworked. Hasn't my husband gone through enough. Shame on your company. Shame!

  On 8/27/2026 we contacted Peaden to do a repair on an exposed Pex water line under our home that was spraying water from a rodent chew. After my wife talked to an AI bot on the phone, someone contacted us and realized we were on a service plan. They assured us that we wouldn't be charged after hours rates and sent a tech out to fix the issue. The tech Shane arrived and did a great job on the repair. Now for the kicker. After this repair was complete, Peaden required a $900 dollar fee to do this job. Why? The total for the parts involved couldn't have been any more than 20 bucks. A repair kit that includes 150 ft of both red and blue hose, fittings, cutter and a crimper only costs around 90 dollars, of which I will be buying soon. Again I ask how does this 15 minute job cost $900? I had Ridge come out and fix 2 of these leaks for much much less WITHOUT A SERVICE CONTRACT. I will never call Peaden again for ANY repairs or ANY INSTALLATION of any kind,and just have them do my AC cleaning until my service contract meets it's term agreement. Do yourself a favor and avoid repair extortion from Peaden and find a better company to fix or repair your items in your home.
