  I can't speak more highly about this amazing company. They go above and beyond in taking care of their customers. Quick isnt even the right word, blazing fast more accurate, in responding to issues, even on a Sunday afternoon! New unit installed within 15 hours! Their maintenance program top notch. Jeff, Crystal and entire crew are kind, knowledgeable and so helpful. They will be my A/C partners forever!!

  My husband and I hired this company to install a new A/C system for our family business and it has been an absolute nightmare. This system has not worked properly since day 1. We had another company come out and take a look at their work and it was determined that the ductwork was essentially installed by toddlers. And to add insult to injury- we learned no permit was pulled for their work. The primary trunk is laying on the trusses (not hanging as it should be). All the flex lines are not hung and are laying down (restricting adequate air flow). Their work is shoddy and inept. Let our financial nightmare be a cautionary tale for any local consumers on the market for A/C work. Our grievances have been brought to the owner’s attention multiple times and have been met with avoidance and our messages being left on read. There are many other reputable companies. Just avoid this one unless you’re a glutton for punishment.

  DANGER STAY AWAY from these people!!! Inexperienced in the plumbing field and do not stand by their work at all. They installed improper components which I had to hire another plumber to repair and still have leaks on a separate job they did for me and their response to me was “we aren’t going to fix the leak because we are no longer in business”.. So now I must spend more money to hire a lawyer because they charged me a few thousand dollars and nothing was done correctly. The plumber that fixed one of their screw ups could not believe what they did it was so bad.

  “5 stars! Bailey’s Heating and Air Conditioning saved the day during the July 4th holiday weekend. We had an AC issue come up at our vacation rental and they were out within hours to diagnose and fix the problem — a clogged drain line — quickly and professionally. That kind of responsiveness on a holiday weekend is rare and we are so grateful. Our guests were able to enjoy the rest of their stay in comfort thanks to the Bailey’s team. Highly recommend for anyone in the PCB area who needs reliable, prompt HVAC service!
