I highly recommend The Panama City Paradise Home Services Team. They are truly exceptional. Bottom line: they are professionals and know what they are doing. All of them were easy to talk to AND "Listen". Woo Hoo. My 150 pound Bernese Mountain dog vouched for them as well with a thorough sniff and wag of his tail. So they are good people AND professionals in their trade craft. I could not be happier with my new HVAC system. I went with a variable speed Unit. It lowered my utility bills, they applied a military discount and Florida Power kicked in a rebate to boot. Total score. Look no further for your HVAC requirements. They are all locals. They were punctual, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I would give them 10 Gold Stars if I could. Thankful, Happy and Blessed.

Dustin was very knowledgeable about the job and seems to know what he is doing, he was very helpful. Jimmy the manager was very kind and also helpful. The other techs did a good job but Dustin and Jimmy was outstanding. The customer service team was good. I definitely recommend Paradise home service for hvac installation.

Dustin came for a maintenance check on our home a/c unit. He was courteous, polite, knowledgeable and very thorough throughout his time with us. I would definitely have him back for additional maintenance on our property. Paradise Home Services delivered as promised.

Jimmy figured out what the issue was before ever getting there! Clogged duct kept shutting off the AC! And he graciously went up in the attic and found out that there is metal Duct work sitting on the Sheetrock so it’s causing condensation to leak to the garage! Thank you Jimmy for your time and expertise in figuring out our issue. I am always so pleased with Paradise Home services and the service from start to finish. So grateful to have yall.

I am very happy with Paradise home services. Dustin was an excellent service tech. He was on time and professional. He answered all of my questions and was able to diagnose and repair my HVAC and the cost was very reasonable. If I could give Dustin an 11 I would. He made the whole process comfortable and I would recommend and use them again.
