  The service technician was here within the time line quoted to me and was so professional and explained everything he discovered need to be taken care of. I was especially impressed with the fact that he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need!! I now have my air working and am very grateful to Anthony's for sending someone on the same day!! I have used Anthony's in the past, at my previous address and will continue to use their services. HIGHLY recommend them to all who want a reputable, fair and honest company for Air, Heat or Electric. Thank you!!

  Our villa was built in the 80's and the HVAC system needed a complete redo. Jim, the systems engineer, determined the schematic and developed a mathematic formula to build the new system. Outstanding!! He and Carlos, the operations coordinator, did a walk thur and measurement to replace all the duct work and registers, plus adding additional return vents, and registers. We purchased the American Standard 3ton platinum (whisper quiet) HVAC system, to include the blue light air scrubber purifier, and IV drip unit to keep our drain line clear. Carlos and the team, including Yohan, and Mark arrived, and did the complete install. These men were exceptional! They efficiently and respectfully, worked together for 2 full days, cleaning as they worked. I couldn't be more happy with the results. It was expensive, however, the top of the line equipment and service. It was over $20K, with several discounts and future service benefits, with 8k of that 20K for the new duct work. In addition, Anthony's offers 18 months 0% interest payment plan. Our old tired duct work and system is now a whisper quiet, purifying system that will last 15+ yrs. It's comforting to know we are breathing fresh purified air.

  Hunter, the service tech that came out was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything to me clearly. He gave me phone number that I could call, and he told me instructions what to do with my generator he went over everything. Set the generator on my phone. We download downloaded the app and he could not have been more helpful. More understanding than anybody I've ever come across. I'm so glad that we are with you guys. We signed a maintenance contract with you and because of him doing this from us. I can't thank him enough because we bought this generator and we knew nothing about anything we were just going through the steps and it was very challenging for me. So I want to give you the update on hunter. He is an absolute wonderful person. So he gets a 5 star.

  Outstanding Service and Honest Professionalism at it's best! I cannot say enough good things about my experience hanging out with Quinton, our A/C technician. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. What impressed me most was his honesty and transparency regarding the condition of my HVAC system. Rather than trying to sell me something I didn't need, he took the time to carefully inspect the system and clearly explain what he found. He walked me through every area of concern, answered every question I had, and made sure I fully understood my options moving forward. His willingness to educate me and provide straightforward answers gave me a tremendous amount of confidence and trust. In today's world, finding someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely honest is rare. He went above and beyond in every aspect of the service call and treated me with respect and patience throughout the entire process. If you're looking for an A/C technician who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly cares about helping his customers make informed decisions, I highly recommend him.
