  Adam did a thorough inspection of my system as a second opinion. Felt that I finally received an honest assessment of my a/c unit without pressure to buy this or that ‘fix’. He was polite and patient with my many questions. This is the type of company I want to do business with.

  Anthony's service is always outstanding. Needed after hours A/C electrical work and they spent time on the phone to understand the issue and came out quickly to solve the problem. Electrician Brian S. was very friendly and knowledgeable, explained the process extremely well, and quickly completed the work. Highly recommend Anthony's.

  ⭐ 1 STAR — Extremely Disappointed with Anthony’s Cooling and Heating Our original service appointment was October 1st because the blower motor in my air-conditioning unit needed to be replaced. The technician, Adam L., inspected the unit and indicated that the blower motor was the issue. During the visit, there were also attempts to upsell additional services, including coil cleaning for approximately $250 and replacing the filters. We ultimately paid $988 to have the blower motor replaced. Unfortunately, after the repair, our air conditioner now sounds like a small engine airplane taking off inside our house. The noise was not present before the repair, which makes the situation extremely frustrating. We contacted Anthony’s Cooling and Heating and had the team return to address the problem. Instead of resolving the issue, we were told that the replacement parts were aftermarket and that there was essentially nothing more that could be done unless we spent additional money. This is extremely disappointing. We paid nearly $1,000 for a repair that left our unit operating worse than it was before the service. If aftermarket parts were going to be used and could potentially result in this type of noise, that should have been clearly explained before the repair was completed. At this point, I am left questioning why I paid $988 for a repair that did not resolve the problem and why I am now being asked to spend even more money to address an issue that began after their repair. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Customers should not have to pay nearly $1,000 for a repair and then be told they need to spend even more money when the equipment is not operating properly after the repair.

  Fast, professional, and genuinely helpful! Anthony's Cooling, Heating & Electrical did an amazing job. The team was polite and knowledgeable from the first call! They also treated my situation with real urgency and kept me informed. Beadles got the job done quickly and made me feel like a priority the whole way through. I'll definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!

  I highly recommend Anthony’s Air Conditioning. I purchased a mini-split and was impressed from start to finish. Their pricing was very competitive, communication was excellent, and the installation was outstanding. Corey, the sales technician, was by far the most knowledgeable of everyone who provided me a quote. Gillian kept everything organized and communicated throughout the process. David and Alan did a fantastic installation, and Brian and Sal handled the electrical work professionally and efficiently. Everyone was knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and clearly took pride in their work. Great company, great people, and a great installation. Five stars all around!
