  I would definitely recommend RCI Flooring. Chris takes responsibility for all aspects of the project. Much better than buying from one vendor who then contracts out installation. I had LVP and new baseboards installed and was very pleased. Install team led by Terry was excellent.

  Good assistance in determining what needed to be done to replace my flooring and finding the matching material that was almost identical to the previous failing installation. (they had not laid a vapor barrier). Workers were very competent and timely and helpful in moving furniture in and out carefully.

  This past month we made the move to have our floors (2200 Sq.FT) done with Tesoro Luxwood Sun Valley 100% waterproof luxury engineered vinyl plank with Chris and his teams. Our home had a combination of wood, carpet and tile that first needed to come up. My wife and I had met with several flooring companies before making this decision and we couldn't have been more pleased! The demo went very well and Chris's first crew did a nice job covering up almost everything, but still plan on lots of dust! The demo crew was efficient and after 1 day our old flooring was gone! The 2nd crew moved in the 2nd day and were great. Chris arrived with his crew everyday and took an active role in the teams plans for that day. He continued to communicate with me during this job via cell and provided updates. He also took care of the master bedroom in 1 day, so that my wife and I could have a place to sleep, however, I would recommend staying at a friends house or renting an Airbnb. The job was finished within the time he said it would be and we couldn't be more happy with the cost, the people and the efficiencies that were delivered. The team cleaned up every day and were really good! Thank you Chris and team, I highly recommend RCI Flooring! We love our floors!

  The ream at RCI (Terry, Stephanie, Mike and Durrann) were absolutely great. My floors had both high and low spots under the old carpeting. They were took great care in minimizing the dust, fixing the concrete and installing our new flooring. It looks fantastic! Thanks RCI installation team!

  There is not enough room for all that I have to say. Chris has always been accommodating and honest with me from the start. He has the best installers. They are precise down to detail.The.floors are beautiful. I could not be more happier. If someone gives them less then 10, send them to me. Tabitha is an asset to the company also. They not only did my floors, they replaced electrical covers that were missing and put on my new bed skirts that were worn and torn. How could I go wrong. Such a wonderful establishment. I will continue to recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you again to Chris and his staff. I am truly grateful.❤️
